The absence of fatherhood

This is a very long piece from the Chicago City Journal that describes Chicago’s crime problem and it’s ties to our dear comrade leader’s community activism days. The article points out the “elephant in the room” that no one is willing to talk about:

We know the statistics—that children who grow up without a father are five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime; nine times more likely to drop out of school and 20 times more likely to end up in prison.”

The welfare state has destroyed the two parent family. This is painfully obvious in urban areas like Chicago and it won’t go away by blaming “society.”

  2. Although I would’ve preferred if you went into a little bit more detail, I still got the gist of what you meant. I agree with it. It might not be a popular idea, but it makes sense. Will definitely come back for more of this. Great work
